Terms:  You will receive a 15% (plus GST) referral fee on commissions-earned if your referral successfully completes a real estate transaction.

Referral Payout: The transaction payout date may be up to 10 business days after the possession date and will not be paid until all funds from the trade have been received by the brokerage.

Goods & Services Tax: The referral recipient will be responsible to report the income received to Revenue Canada and Infinite Realty Service will NOT issue a tax slip for the income you receive.
